Title: Construction Laborer (Data Center Build)
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Pay Rate: Starting at $22/hr
Scope of Work:
- Ability to read blueprints and work at heights.
- Install raised flooring systems in various environments
- Install high-density ceiling grid systems in different settings
- Use specialized hand tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and physical ability.
Candidates will have the following attributes:
- 6+ months of low voltage, electrical, or carpentry industry experience
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
- Ability to finish projects
- Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Strong customer and results orientation
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Ability to function as an effective team member
- Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
- Working 50+ hours a week
