Position Overview

Snelling is currently recruiting for a Production Assembler to join a leading manufacturing company in Louisville. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic assembly experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
You'll work in a climate-controlled facility on a 4-day workweek, with opportunities for overtime, quarterly profitability bonuses, and advancement.

What You'll Do

• Assemble industrial machinery using hand and power tools
• Install mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components
• Read and follow mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams
• Follow established work instructions and safety procedures
• Perform quality checks to ensure assemblies meet company standards
• Work as part of a team to meet production schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Stand for approximately 9-10 hours per shift
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic assembly experience strongly preferred
• Manufacturing, construction, or skilled labor experience is a plus
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, blueprints, and schematics
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
