Location: Auburn Hills, MI (on-site)
Schedule:1st shift. Typical hours include Mon-Thu 7:00 AM-3:30 PM and Fri 6:30 AM-2:30 PM (schedule may vary).
Pay:$20/hour

Responsibilities
- Review build sheets, wiring diagrams, and production documentation
- Assemble electrical plates and enclosures based on build prep instructions
- Install electrical components, controllers, and hardware per documentation
- Wire components using correct color/gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification
- Use common hand tools and power tools safely and correctly
- Follow quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures (PPE, housekeeping, 5S)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Support teammates to keep production moving and meet daily output goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working on your feet in a production/manufacturing environment
- Ability to safely use hand/power tools (drills, drivers, crimpers, cutters)
- Ability to follow written instructions and basic mechanical/electrical prints
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Technical/vocational training is a plus (electrical, manufacturing, industrial tech)
