Industrial Electrician (E2 License Required)

Looking for a stable, year-round position where you can put your electrical troubleshooting skills to work?
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician with a valid Connecticut E2 License to support the maintenance and operation of a busy manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility electrical systems.
Unlike commercial construction work, you'll report to the same location every day, work indoors year-round, and be part of a team responsible for keeping critical production equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and electrical systems
- Maintain motors, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, PLCs, and related equipment
- Install and repair wiring, conduit, panels, and electrical components
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Follow all electrical and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid Connecticut E2 Electrician License
- Industrial, manufacturing, or commercial electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of motor controls, three-phase power, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
