Schedule & Call:
- Monday Friday clinic schedule
- 8-hour daily shifts (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) with 1-hour unpaid lunch
- Full-time commitment (40 hours/week)
- No call requirement (Scheduled clinic shifts only; no weeknight or weekend call)
- Overtime compensation available when exceeding daily volume thresholds, with optional Saturday shift coverage
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, walk-in/acute care, and chronic disease management
- See patients across the entire lifespan (Newborns to Geriatrics) in a fast-paced Community Health Center environment
- Manage a daily schedule of up to 21 patients per day
- Perform basic outpatient procedures (injections, IUD placement, minor wound care)
- Work with a dedicated support team including an MA for each provider, receptionists, mental health therapists, dietitians, onsite pediatricians, and onsite interpreter services
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active Washington state medical license (No non-licensed candidates considered)
- Active Washington DEA registration
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Clean background and clean malpractice history required
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required
- Proven proficiency with Epic EMR (Expected to ramp up quickly with patient care beginning by day 3)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Community Health Centers or with vulnerable populations (migrants, refugees)
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or Russian) are a plus
