Collaborate with an experienced Allergist while sharing limited call responsibilities for established practice patients. Opportunity to build a busy practice with a strong referral network from an established primary care and specialty physician base. Practice in a supportive, physician-led environment with excellent clinical and administrative resources. Pathway to shareholder status following the employment agreement, providing long-term practice ownership and unlimited earning potential through a production-based compensation model.Compensation & Benefits Competitive guaranteed base salary of $260,000-$315,000. Two-year employment agreement (three years for visa candidates). Opportunity to become a shareholder following the employment period. Three weeks of vacation. One week of paid CME. Seven paid sick days annually. $3,000 annual business expense allowance. Employer-paid health insurance. Employer-paid malpractice insurance.
