Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal, neurologic, and functional impairments in an outpatient and/or inpatient rehabilitation setting. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life. Strong referral network supported by regional primary care physicians and specialists throughout the Four Corners region. Work closely with experienced physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and Advanced Practice Providers in a coordinated, patient-centered environment.
