Work 16 eight-hour shifts per month, with the current schedule consisting primarily of day shifts and minimal night coverage. Dedicated nocturnist team provides overnight support. Provide care at two busy, Level II Trauma Centers with annual volumes of approximately 65,000 and 45,000 visits. Work alongside experienced Emergency Medicine physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants in a collaborative environment. Full partnership opportunity beginning in Year 3 with strong physician autonomy and leadership.Compensation & Benefits $325,000 guaranteed salary in Year 1. $350,000 guaranteed salary in Year 2. Partnership beginning in Year 3 with average physician compensation of approximately $450,000. $50,000 sign-on bonus. $50,000 starting incentive. Up to $14,000 relocation assistance.
