The Opportunity This is a balanced
clinic + OR position where you'll manage a broad mix of common urologic conditions, perform office-based procedures, and operate based on your experience and interests.

- Inherit a portion of an existing patient panel while also building your own

- Optionally participate in resident/trainee education and investigator-initiated research
Optional focus area (preferred for one of the openings): - Pelvic health / female pelvic medicine & reconstruction (FPMRS/URPS) interest or experience-e.g., incontinence, prolapse, voiding dysfunction, urodynamics, Botox, neuromodulation, pelvic floor reconstruction (as aligned with urology scope and existing service-line workflows)
Practice model & resources:
- Typical schedule: 2 days clinic / 2 days OR (they try to avoid half-day splits; 50/50 overall)
- Support: 7 APPs, dedicated urology RNs, plus LPN/MA support
- Tech: 3 robots system-wide (meaningful urology utilization); continued investment in newer technologies/procedures (HIFU recently added, Aquablation, etc.)
