What Were Looking For
The successful candidate will understand that Quality Control is not simply about finding mistakes after they happen. The goal is to identify potential problems early, protect product quality, maintain accurate records, and help prevent problems from recurring.
We are looking for someone who is confident enough to raise a concern when something does not look right, but professional enough to investigate the facts before reaching a conclusion.
This position requires someone who can balance attention to detail with production urgency. The right candidate must be able to make timely decisions without taking shortcuts, communicate effectively with Production personnel, and understand when an issue requires escalation.
Experience is valuable, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong attention to detail, good judgment, accountability, organization, and a genuine interest in developing a career in Quality.
