Job Responsibilities: Shift-based work in Level II Trauma center covering Trauma/Emergency General Services; Rotating weekly clinic coverage, 1 day/week; ICU Coverage
Number of Physicians: 6
Number of Advanced Providers: 12
Supervision of APP: No
Procedures offered in the practice: Surgical/outpatient follow-ups in clinic
Medical Imaging: Yes
Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
Patient Demographics: Adult/Geriatric/Peds
EMR: Epic (each physician must complete Virtual Epic Training before first shift - paid at Orientation rate)
Teaching opportunity: Teaching facility; resident rotation

Active IA License or active IMLC LOQ - REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR
