A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a foreman/ carpenter or similar leadership role within the construction industry. 2. Proven experience as a skilled carpenter with knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment. 3. Experience in retail construction projects is a plus. 4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively under pressure. 6. Good understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures. 7.
