Job Details The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Growth Manager to drive creator acquisition, affiliate partnerships, and social commerce growth through TikTok Shop. This individual will play a key role in expanding creator engagement, managing affiliate programs, coordinating live commerce initiatives, and scaling revenue through high-performing influencer partnerships. Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators and influencer partners Develop and grow creator relationships through outreach, collaborations, and ongoing engagement Execute affiliate campaigns, commission programs, and product seeding initiatives Coordinate creator-generated content and live commerce activations Manage creator communication channels and community engagement programs Partner cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, and growth teams to identify expansion opportunities Monitor affiliate and creator performance metrics and optimize program effectiveness Research competitive trends and emerging social commerce strategies What We're Looking For Proven success managing TikTok Shop affiliate programs, influencer partnerships, or social commerce initiatives Strong understanding of creator recruitment, affiliate ecosystems, and performance-driven growth strategies Experience supporting creator communities and influencer engagement at scale Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Experience within home, lifestyle, apparel, consumer products, or related categories is highly preferred Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-Commerce, or a related field Additional experience or certifications in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce platforms Background with rapidly scaling direct-to-consumer brands, creator agencies, social commerce organizations, or marketplace-focused businesses preferred.
