Full benefits 401(k) with Company Match Stable Aerospace Manufacturing Environment Advanced CNC Equipment & Technology High-Impact, Hands-On Role: Build processes from concept through production release Growth Opportunities within a leading precision manufacturer Job Details Responsibilities Own and improve the AS9100 Quality Management System and lead registrar, customer, and DCMA audits. Manage the internal audit program and ensure findings are closed on time. Oversee receiving, in-process, final, and First Article (AS9102) inspections. Lead the Material Review Board and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to closure. Manage customer complaints and returns with timely corrective action responses. Run the supplier quality program, including approvals, audits, and scorecards. Maintain calibration, document control, and product traceability. Track and report quality metrics such as first pass yield, scrap, and cost of quality. Lead, coach, and evaluate the quality team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or a related field. 7+ years of aerospace or defense quality experience, including 3+ years in leadership. Hands-on experience maintaining an AS9100 QMS and leading audits. Knowledge of DCMA oversight, MIL-SPEC requirements, and FAR/DFARS flowdowns. Strong root cause analysis skills using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and PFMEA. Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. ASQ or AS9100 Lead Auditor certification preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills. Must be a U.S. Person as defined by U.S. export control laws.
