We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC equipment, inspect finished parts, and support consistent production in a clean, safety-focused shop. Why join us? Read blueprints and detailed part drawings to determine dimensions, tolerances, and machining requirements. Set up and calibrate tooling, fixtures, and machine accessories. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity. Inspect parts using calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments. Troubleshoot machining issues and perform basic operator maintenance. Follow established manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols. Maintain clean, organized machines and work areas. Participate in technical training and safety meetings. Requirements Previous CNC machining experience with strong setup and operation skills Experience with Mazak CNC equipment preferred Familiarity with Mastercam preferred Ability to read blueprints and interpret detailed part drawings Experience machining complex part geometries Proficiency with calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools Strong basic math and mechanical troubleshooting skills Basic knowledge of routine machine maintenance Working knowledge of GD&T preferred High school diploma or GED 10+ years of CNC machining experience preferred, but not required Interested in hearing more?
