Physical Therapist Lead Opportunity:
- Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily department operations, staff supervision, scheduling, training, and performance management.
- The Physical Therapist Lead will provide direct patient care for % of working hours, including patient evaluations, assessments, care planning, and treatment.
- The Physical Therapist Lead will get to mentor and develop therapy staff while promoting clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Physical Therapist Lead Qualifications:
- Current state-required licensure or certification and CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
- Minimum of 3 years of physical therapy or leadership experience, including at least 2 years of clinical experience.
- Active participation in the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty certifications preferred.
