Kitchen Manager

Crepes N Crisps is seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage staff, maintain high service standards, drive sales, and uphold our commitment to quality food and outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. - Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise team members. - Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns. - Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety standards. - Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships. - Control labor and food costs while maintaining profitability goals. - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales. - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company policies and regulations. - Prepare operational reports and communicate performance metrics to ownership.

Qualifications - 2+ years of restaurant management or hospitality leadership experience preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. - Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. - Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and budget control. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Food Safety Certification is a plus.
