EXPERIENCED PART-TIME PERSONAL CHEF
Location: Summerlin, Las Vegas, Nevada
Schedule: Three days per week; days and hours to be confirmed
Compensation: $70,000 annually
Couple in their 80s is seeking an experienced part-time Personal Chef. The chef will prepare fresh breakfast, lunch, and dinner on three scheduled workdays, along with advance meal preparation for two additional days when the chef is off-site. Experience preparing meals for seniors is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the three scheduled workdays.
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner in advance for the two days the chef is off-site, with clear storage and reheating instructions.
- Plan menus tailored to the couple's tastes, dietary needs, and any food allergies.
- Shop for groceries and maintain kitchen supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and clean up after meal preparation.
- Coordinate with care staff regarding meal schedules and serving needs.
- Cater occasional events, with scheduling and details to be confirmed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Personal Chef or Private Chef.
- Experience preparing meals for seniors preferred.
- Ability to prepare nutritious, flavorful meals with variety.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, storage, and reheating practices.
- Reliability, discretion, and strong organizational skills.
- Verifiable professional references.
