Key Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines to join cut fabric parts
- Assemble and fabricate medical garments according to specifications
- Maintain consistent quality and accuracy in all work
- Follow safety and production guidelines
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Frequent use of hands and feet to operate sewing equipment
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs
Qualifications:
- Previous sewing or garment construction experience required
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
