Production Associate/Assembler
Pay Rate:$15.90/hour
Positions Available: 2
Schedule
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- E Shift: 3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off
- Weekends are included in the rotating schedule
We're seeking dependable Assemblers to support the fabrication, assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging of medical devices. This is a great entry-level opportunity for candidates who are detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging tasks.
- Set up and operate production equipment.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Inspect parts and finished products according to quality specifications.
- Follow established SOPs, work instructions, and quality guidelines.
- Use basic measurement tools, including microscopes.
- Rotate between different tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain accurate and consistent work practices.
- Work safely and maintain a clean work environment.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 0-1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions and specifications.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible or extended hours as needed.
- Ability to inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive manufacturing and assembly tasks.
- Steel-toe shoes required.
Additional Requirements
- Eye exam required as part of the hiring process.
- Position requires 20/30 vision with or without corrective lenses and/or successful completion of a color vision exam.
