TIG Welder / Junior TIG Welder
Full-Time Monday-Friday Overtime Available
Some flexibility with starting and ending time.
We are seeking both an experienced TIG Welder and a junior-level TIG Welder to join our growing team. This is not a high-volume production welding environment. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their workmanship and understand that quality is more important than quantity.

Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on metal components according to specifications and drawings
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with team members to ensure products meet customer requirements
- Follow all safety procedures and shop standards
Experienced TIG Welder Qualifications
- Several years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Experience working with tight tolerances
- Ability to produce high-quality cosmetic welds
Junior TIG Welder Qualifications
- Basic TIG welding experience through school, training, or previous employment
- Familiarity with welding equipment and welding fundamentals
- Ability to read measuring tools and follow instructions
- Strong desire to learn and develop welding skills
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance
