Orthopedic Surgery Äì Hand Surgery Physician - Waterloo, IA Position Details:
- Full-time, multi-specialty opportunity
- Efficient, well-supported clinic located at an ambulatory campus with a multi-specialty ASC attached
- Schedule: Monday ÄìFriday, 8:00 AM Äì 5:00 PM
- Shared call with a strong work/life balance
- 204-bed hospital, Level III Trauma Center
- Established hospitalist team
- 16-bed ICU with dedicated intensivist coverage
Responsibilities:- Management of upper extremity conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Flexible work week with dedicated surgery days at both the hospital and ASC
- Midlevel support (NP/PA)
- Collaborative team environment focused on improving the health of the people and communities we serve
Qualifications:- MD or DO
- Fellowship trained in Hand surgery.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
- Eligible to work in the United States
