Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care alongside experienced physicians and advanced practice providers. Flexible weekly schedule featuring two 8-hour clinic days and one 24-hour call shift with 24/7 in-house OB Hospitalist support. Shared 1:4 weekend call rotation (Friday/Saturday). Deliveries performed at a modern hospital featuring a Level II Special Care Nursery and dedicated pediatric hospitalist coverage. Strong administrative support and a practice culture focused on collaboration and work-life balance. Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations is preferred.Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary of $140,000-$145,000. Uncapped wRVU productivity bonus at $26 per wRVU. $5,000 sign-on bonus. 200 hours of vacation and CME time. $3,500 annual CME and board certification allowance. Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Ohio license. Minimum of two years of CNM experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills.
