Medical Device Assembler

As a Medical Device Assembler, you will assemble and inspect electromechanical medical devices while following FDA and ISO standards. Reporting to a Production Supervisor, you will perform precision work, maintain quality, and complete basic assembly records in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical medical device components.
• Perform precision soldering.
• Inspect completed devices and components for quality and conformity.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the assembly process.
• Follow FDA and ISO standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Complete basic assembly records accurately.
• Report production and quality concerns to the Production Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in medical device assembly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with medical device manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience performing quality inspections.
