Salary range: $20-22/hour + quarterly bonus (not guaranteed)

As aProduction Assembler, you'll be the mastermind behind assembling hoses and fittings that don't just connect parts - they keep industries flowing smoothly (literally). You'll transform raw materials into high-quality assemblies that meet strict company, customer, and regulatory standards - all while keeping your workspace cleaner than your kitchen counter.
What You'll Do
- Pick, cut, and conquer:Select the right fittings, cut hoses to size, and label them like a pro.
- Assemble with finesse:Crimp, test, and perfect each hose assembly to ensure it's leak-free and ready for action.
- Test like a scientist:Record performance data because details matter (and we love proof).
- Keep it clean:Work in a clean room or sanitary manufacturing area - white gloves not required, but close.
- Be a team player:Jump in to help other departments and cross-train. Bonus points if you bring snacks.
- Safety first:Be the champion of safety, ethics, and company culture.
- Stay tidy:Maintain a workspace that would make Marie Kondo proud.
- Other duties as assigned:Because surprises make life interesting.
What You Bring to the Table
- A team-first attitude and sharp attention to detail
- The ability to stay motivated and hit deadlines without a pep talk
- Skill with calipers and tape measures (we'll be impressed if you know 1/16" by heart)
- Steady hands and solid manual dexterity - you'll be working with tools, not spreadsheets

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to handle the physical side of the job:
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 25 lbs. regularly, 50 lbs. occasionally)
- Using tools and safely navigating the manufacturing floor
