General Ecology, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker to join their small team responsible for assembling mechanical parts and consumer goods. This full-time, hands-on role involves putting together parts, products, and accessories while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The position operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional overtime.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts, products, and accessories as directed
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure standards are met
- Maintain safety compliance throughout all tasks
- Document assembly processes and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a small group setting
- Keep the workstation clean and organized
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Three or more years of assembly work experience
- Strong manual dexterity and use of hand tools
- Able to read and follow assembly instructions
- Experience with quality control and safety procedures
- Good time management and teamwork skills
- Basic math proficiency
