StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 10 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 10-hour shifts

Patients per day: 15-20

Practice Setting: Clinic

Scope: Outpatient

State Licensure: Kentucky state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Board Certified.
