What You ll Do
- Provide inpatient and outpatient invasive cardiology coverage.
- Conduct hospital onsite and clinic services from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Participate in weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call.
- Perform and manage heart catheterization procedures.
- Perform transesophageal echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and angiograms.
- Read and interpret echocardiograms, EKGs, and stress echocardiograms.
- Collaborate with the care team to support cardiac patient evaluation and treatment.
What You Need
Required - Active medical license.
- DEA registration.
- Board Certification.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Experience with heart catheterizations, TEEs, stress echocardiograms, angiograms, echocardiogram interpretation, EKG interpretation, and stress echocardiogram interpretation.
- Availability for the assignment schedule, including onsite coverage and beeper call.
Preferred - Experience reading nuclear cardiology studies.
