An established pulmonary practice in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine Physician to join a collaborative network of 17 physicians. This outpatient opportunity offers a competitive compensation package, strong referral base, and flexible clinical options in a desirable location just 30 minutes from New York City.
Position Highlights:
- Compensation: $375,000+ base salary, plus tiered productivity bonuses, quality incentives, and a competitive sign-on bonus.
- Schedule: Four days of in-person patient care and one dedicated administrative day per week.
- Patient Volume: Average of 16-18 patients per clinical day.
- Clinical Mix: Approximately 70% Sleep Medicine and 30% General Pulmonology.
- Clinical Flexibility: Candidates interested in 100% outpatient Pulmonology may also be accommodated. Physicians practicing Sleep Medicine must maintain a mix of Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine.
- Established Practice: Existing patient base, consistent new patient referrals, and a collaborative network of 17 Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine physicians.
- Clinical Resources: Three primary sites with state-of-the-art pulmonary function testing laboratories and access to comprehensive laboratory and advanced imaging services.
- Professional Development: CME support, committee participation, and leadership opportunities.
- Location: Northern New Jersey, approximately 30 minutes from NYC.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Pulmonary Disease and/or Sleep Medicine, consistent with the desired clinical focus and applicable requirements.
