A hospital-employed gastroenterology group affiliated with Upstate New York's primary healthcare system is seeking a general Gastroenterologist. The role offers an equal mix of outpatient and procedural care, light shared call, and an exceptional financial package.

The Position at a Glance

• Hospital-employed: State-of-the-art facilities and extensive support staff
• Balanced practice: General GI with a 50% clinic, 50% OR split
• Schedule: Monday-Friday with light shared call

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of up to $775,000 (negotiable), plus RVU-based bonuses for upside
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
• Up to $30,000 toward loan repayment
• 40 days of PTO (8 weeks), plus paid holidays and paid sick leave
