Paramount Water Worx is looking for a dependable, hard-working Water Feature Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position involves maintaining ponds, waterfalls, streams, and other water features at HOA and residential properties throughout the area.
The right person should be comfortable working outside, getting dirty, handling equipment, and working independently. Experience is helpful but not required-we will train the right person.
Job Responsibilities
Clean and maintain ponds, waterfalls, streams, and water features
Pull weeds and remove unwanted vegetation
Remove leaves, debris, algae, and other buildup
Operate pressure washers and high-pressure fire hoses
Clean pump areas, intakes, grates, and other water-feature equipment
Perform general pond and water-feature maintenance
Use hand tools and power equipment safely
Follow maintenance schedules and complete assigned jobs
Keep work areas clean and organized
Communicate with management regarding any problems or maintenance issues
Properly care for and maintain the company work truck and equipment
Work safely around water, pumps, hoses, pressure washers, and other equipment
Work Schedule
Starting October 19, 2026:
Monday-Friday
8-hour workdays
Approximately 40 hours per week
Pay
Starting pay: $18.00/hour
Company Work Truck
A company work truck will be provided for the employee to drive for work. The employee will be responsible for taking proper care of the vehicle and keeping it clean and maintained.

Comfortable getting wet, dirty, and muddy when necessary
Willing to learn
Responsible with company vehicles and equipment
Able to follow directions and complete jobs properly
Has a valid driver's license and a good driving record
Physical Requirements
This is an active, outdoor job. The employee should be able to:
Lift and carry equipment and hoses
Bend, kneel, pull weeds, and work around ponds
Operate pressure washers and high-pressure hoses
Stand and walk for extended periods
Work in hot, cold, wet, and muddy conditions
