Trauma Surgery APP position providing inpatient coverage as part of a surgical teamShifts available 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM depending on open shift - must be available for eitherTwo weeks per month coverage required with 7 to 14 shifts per monthGuaranteed 12 hours per daySpecific shift coverage needed for January 2027: 1/4 through 1/10 (Trauma II, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) and 1/18 through 1/24 (Trauma II, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)Must be able to perform and consult on pediatric surgeries as facility is a Level 3 Pediatric Trauma CenterPediatric case load involves consulting on or participating in fewer than 20 cases per monthMay be involved in HMP or endoscopic appendectomy proceduresExpected patient encounters per shift: 20Board certification required; active license or IMLC required; DEA requiredRequired certifications include ACLS and ATLSFacility:
