What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Sous Chef or senior culinary experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants
- Strong background in authentic Italian cuisine, handmade pasta, and seasonal ingredients
- Experience in high-end, scratch-driven kitchens
- Exceptional culinary techniques, presentation, and attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop culinary teams
- Strong understanding of food costs, inventory, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- Passion for culinary excellence and five-star hospitality standards
