Job description

-Flexible schedule options: Four 10-hour days (8 hours seeing patients, 2 hours for charts) or five 8-hour days, Monday through Friday.-72 patients per week via clinical encounters.-Dax AI & Epic EMR.-Competitive compensation: $45/wRVU over 5,600; Annual Productive Bonus.-Signing Bonus: $60,000.-Four-year service commitment tied to sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.-Locations qualify for state and federal student loan repayment programs (Primary Care Loan Forgiveness).-Comprehensive benefits package (details provided during interview).
