This health care leader has patients travel to their hospital from all over the country with the most rare, complex, and undiagnosed conditions in Pediatric Medicine. Academics makes up 1/4-1/3 of position. Because of the complex nature of most cases you will only on average see about 6 patients per day (4-8). 90 to 120 minutes on average per patient. Prefer candidates with 3+ years clinical / adacemic experience. Crucial that the candidate has excellent patient and family communication skills.
