Our client, a Value Based preventative medicine clinic based in Brooklyn, NY, is looking for a Primary Care Physician to join their growing team. You will provide local Medicare patient populations with comprehensive preventive care, including personalized wellness plans, integrated health services, and educational and social activities to support overall health and well-being.Single Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient only.
