- Block Schedule: Work 160 hours over 14 days, with no call during off weeks and no relocation required.
- Manageable Caseload: Average four to five cases per day.
- Clinical Autonomy: Combine personal cases with CRNA supervision at a 1:4 ratio.
- No Teaching Requirement: Focus on clinical practice without required teaching responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits - General Anesthesia: $572,000 base salary
- Cardiac Anesthesia: $632,000 base salary
