Administrative/CEO Physician

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) oversees the hospital s daily operations and strategic business plan, ensuring quality patient care, staff development, regulatory compliance, accreditation, financial performance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in senior leadership or CEO role in a behavioral health, acute care, and/or managed care environment or successful completion of CEO training program
• Joint Commission (JCAHO) survey experience
• Financial management and operational oversight
• Talent recruitment and retention
• Marketing and community engagement
• Quality management in a behavioral health hospital
• Behavioral health hospital startup or expansion experience
• Joint venture experience
