Payroll Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst with 2+ years of experience processing high-volume, bi-weekly payroll. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday and/or PeopleSoft, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and expertise in payroll auditing, reconciliations, timecard reviews, payroll corrections, and discrepancy resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll and audit employee timecards.
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee pay inquiries.
Process retroactive pay adjustments and payroll corrections.
Analyze payroll data, reconcile records, and prepare reports using Excel.
Ensure compliance with payroll policies, regulations, and union contract requirements.
Maintain accurate payroll records and coordinate with HR, employees, and department managers.
