Schedule:- 24-hour unrestricted call: 7:00 AM 7:00 AM
- Day, night, weekend, and holiday coverage
- No block schedule
- Position is strictly call coverage
- Physician reports in person only when called in
- Follow-up rounding the following morning as necessary
- 4 hours of gratis call coverage included
- Coverage needs per month: TBD
- Patient volume varies
Patient Population & Facility:- Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics
- Neuro Floor: 36 beds
- OHVI: 36 beds
- ICU: 36 beds
- Practice Setting: Inpatient hospital
- Trauma Designation: Adult Levels II, III, and IV
- EMR: Epic proficient user expected
Required Procedures & Clinical Expertise:The physician should have experience with the following procedures:
- Stroke thrombectomy
- Carotid stenting
- Diagnostic cerebral angiography
- Endovascular aneurysm repair
- Intracranial stenting
- Embolization of head and neck tumors
- Embolization for subdural hematoma
Requirements:- Board Certification: Neurology required
- State License: Oregon license preferred; candidates may be considered through standard credentialing
- ACLS: Required
- Epic experience: Required
