Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

Join our team as a Neonatology Nurse Practitioner in a specialized healthcare facility. This role focuses on providing comprehensive care to neonates in a Level II NICU, where you will work collaboratively with physicians while primarily managing the daily care of infants. The position offers 24-hour shifts with clinical autonomy in an engaging environment.

Job Responsibilities- Oversee daily care of neonates in a 3-bed NICU- Perform medical procedures such as UVC/UAC line insertion, chest tubes, lumbar punctures, and intubations- Collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive care- Conduct patient encounters outside NICU as needed

Qualifications- Active or in-process Pennsylvania license preferred- BLS and PALS certifications required- Board Certification mandatory- Experience in neonatology and required medical procedures

Working Hours- 24-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM- Patient encounters per shift: 3-6- Orientation provided over 1 full day

Skills- Proficient in neonatal medical procedures - Ability to work independently while collaborating with a healthcare team- Familiarity with Epic EMR is beneficial
