The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare construction, including additions, renovations, expansions, and ground-up construction. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to lead and manage large-scale commercial construction projects from start to finish. The Senior Superintendent will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. MUST HAVE: HCAi/OSHPD Experience. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, manage construction activities, and ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. 2. Coordinate with project staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. 3. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, and take corrective actions as necessary. 4. Develop and maintain project schedules, identify potential issues or delays, and implement solutions to mitigate risks. 5. Foster a positive and safe work environment, and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. 6. Provide regular project updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management. 7. Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare construction. 2. Proven experience in managing additions, renovations, expansions, and ground-up construction projects. 3. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale commercial construction projects, from inception to completion. 4. Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations. 5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team of professionals. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members. 7. Proficient in using construction management software and other related tools. 8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
