The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation Surrogate's Court practice, including contested trust and estate proceedings, will construction, fiduciary removal and other litigation related to estate administration. As a key member of our firm, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through complex legal processes related to trusts, estates, and related legal disciplines. Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis; excellent research skills are essential.
