Our Wauwatosa clinic runs a single-OR surgery center, so you'll be part of a close-knit surgical team, work consistent weekday hours, and get to know your surgeons and their preferences. We're looking for a skilled Scrub Tech to help us deliver safe, high-quality orthopedic care as we grow. Why join us? Great pay: $43-$46 per hour, with full-time hours. Job Details Prepare the OR with instruments, implants, supplies, and equipment based on surgeon preference cards. Establish and maintain the sterile field, and assist surgeons throughout orthopedic procedures. Perform surgical counts with the circulating nurse, and handle specimens and implants according to protocol. Manage room turnover, reprocess instruments, and coordinate with sterile processing. Stock and replenish supplies, update preference cards, and support inventory between cases. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program, with current BLS.
