Dental Hygienist

We re hiring a Dental Hygienist in Reading, Pennsylvania who wants excellent earning potential, a flexible workweek, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' oral health.
You'll join a supportive outpatient dental team providing preventive care, cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and patient education to adults and children. Enjoy professional independence with an established clinical support team.

• Active Pennsylvania dental hygienist license
• CPR/BLS certification

Compensation & Benefits
• $40 $50/hour depending on experience
• $83,200 $104,000 annualized at 40 hours weekly
• Access incentive up to $13,000 annually for eligible full-time clinicians, based on performance
• Employer pays 90% of health insurance premiums
• Medical PPO or QHDHP, plus dental and vision coverage
• $500 annual employer HSA contribution with QHDHP enrollment
• 33 PTO days plus 8 paid holidays for eligible full-time employees
• $1,000 CME allowance plus 24 hours
• 403(b) retirement with employer matching up to 4%
• NHSC student loan repayment up to $55,000 full-time or $30,000 half-time, subject to eligibility
