Primary Care / Family Medicine w/ OB / CMO Opportunities West Texas FQHC We are partnering with a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in rural West Texas seeking Primary Care Physicians, Family Medicine with Obstetrics physicians, and a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join and lead a growing, community-focused care team.

3. Chief Medical Officer (Clinical + Administrative Leadership 80/20 split)

Practice Overview
- Rural West Texas location
- Established care team:
- 1 full-time Family Medicine physician
- 2 part-time Internal Medicine physicians
- 3 full-time Physician Assistants
- Monday-Friday schedule (8-hour clinic days)
- Average patient volume: 18-22 patients/day
- Modern EMR: NextGen
- Large Spanish-speaking patient population requiring culturally competent care
- Start date: ASAP (pending credentialing, 90-120 days)
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive and structured to support both financial and professional growth:
- Primary Care: Up to $230K+ base
- Family Medicine w/ OB: Up to $296K+ base
- CMO: Up to $300K+ base
- Quarterly productivity/encounter-based bonuses
- Sign-on and relocation assistance
- Paid federal tort malpractice coverage
- 3 weeks paid vacation + 8-10 federal holidays
- $3,000 CME allowance
- Eligibility for NHSC Scholarship / Loan Repayment Programs and Texas Physician Education Loan Repayment Programs
- H-1B / J-1 visa sponsorship available
- Additional hardship pay depending on location
