Requirements:
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years progressive accounting experience, preferably in healthcare, physician practice, or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
- Experience managing accounting teams and financial operations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and revenue cycle management.
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with healthcare practice management systems, EHR/EMR platforms, and accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
