The Lead Direct Care Professional provides hands-on support and shift leadership to ensure quality, person-centered care across Hope Network settings. This role promotes independence, implements individualized support plans, mentors and trains staff, assists with on-call responsibilities, and guides team members when supervisors are unavailable. What You'll Do
- Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
- Support community outings, transportation, and activities
- Build positive relationships and encourage independence
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
- On Call rotation

What You Bring
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
