General Surgery & Robotics First Assist Surgery Only 30-35 Hrs/Wk $135k-$150k Guaranteed Phoenix, AZ

Tucson PAs: this is an in-state move up I-10. Your Arizona license already works in Phoenix, and a relocation stipend comes with the offer.

• Responsibilities: first assist duties only in general surgery and robotics cases. No orders, clinic or rounding.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30-35 hours per week, no call or weekends.
• Salary: guaranteed $135,000-$150,000/yr based on experience, plus a $1-2k quarterly bonus.
• Experience: at least 1 year of general and robotics surgical first assist experience.
• Benefits: PTO, 401k with match, CME stipend and healthcare plans. Malpractice with tail coverage.
• Relocation: relocation stipend and sign-on bonus offered.
• Career growth: PAs and NPs hold management roles within the company, with congruent salary adjustments.
• 1099: PRN options available.
