Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Mason Laborer / Foreman to join our growing team. This position involves hands-on masonry work along with crew leadership responsibilities on residential, commercial, and prevailing wage projects. We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and capable of managing projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform masonry work including block, brick, concrete, and stone installation
- Lead and supervise crew members on job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor needs
- Operate construction tools and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with management, contractors, and customers
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of masonry and/or construction experience required
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of general construction, masonry, concrete, and site work
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- OSHA certification is a plus
